Data Visualizations

Using the results of Data Analysis, Red Dragon Consulting creates interactive dashboards and data storyboards that not only visually illustrate the data insights discovered through analysis, but allow the user to perform custom filtering using a variety of data scenarios. Not only are hidden insights revealed, but actionable next steps are identified enabling data-driven decision making.

For example, product marketing teams typically invest a significant amount of time and budget purchasing and authoring sales content such as data sheets, flyers, or white papers. They may also invest in 3rd party analyst reports that support the sales process. In one case, a company was not sure which of their many publicly available assets were being downloaded by website visitors and at what volume, and for their gated assets at which stage of the buyer's journey the downloads occurred.

A complex data relationship between the corporate content management system ("CMS"), website download metrics, and Salesforce customer information yielded a visualization that made it clear which assets were and were not useful in the buyers journey, and which authors had more "hits" than others, so that a corporate document asset ROI could be calculated.
